Stalam returns at the Trade Fairs, after the release of the grip about Anti-Covid measures in many countries and the reopen of pubblic events.
Two concurrent fairs, Anuga Food Tec (Hall 10.1 – Booth E051) in Cologne – Germany – and Seafood Process Global in Barcelona – Spain (Hall 3-SPG – Booth 3JJ801), are in progress from today till Friday 29th.
Stalam, both in Anuga and SPG, will display a 7 kW pilot defrosting equipment and will carry out two daily demonstrations on food products (11.00 am and 03.00 pm) in order to show to all visitors the outstanding benefits of the RF technology as rapid defrosting, no drip loss, no product degradation, higher product yield, uniform and controlled treatment and so on.
